Pestoand Mozarella Arancinis

 Ingredients:

• 1 Pack Slim sticky rice
• 20g green pesto
• 20g breadcrumbs
• 15g flour
• 1 egg
• 30g Mozarella  

 Method:

1. Mix the pesto and the sticky rice until well combined
2. Form 4 balls with the mix and then add 1 cube of Mozarella in the middle
3. For the coating, dip each ball in flour, then egg and lastly breadcrumbs
4. Cook in an air fryer at 180c for 15 minutes
