Stir fried veggie noodles Yum

    1. Drain Slim Noodles, rinse 2-3 times thoroughly under running water. Boil in water for 2-3 minutes or heat in microwave for 1 minute.
    2. Take a pan, add sesame oil, garlic paste, chillies, mushrooms, green peppers, bok choy, lettuce, add salt, pepper & stir.
    3. Add lemon juice and oregano to the stir.
    4. Add Slim Noodles to this and mix thoroughly.

Ingredients

    • 200g Slim Noodles
    • Tablespoon sesame oil
    • Tablespoon garlic paste
    • Handful of mushrooms
    • Half – thin sliced bell peppers
    • 2 red chilies
    • 2 bok choys
    • Handful of lettuce
    • Lemon juice to taste
    • Oregano to sprinkle
    • Salt and pepper to taste
